A Round Up – My 16 Favourite InstaFoodie Pics of 2016

A Round Up – My 16 Favourite InstaFoodie Pics of 2016. Anna Johnston - www.shenannagans.com

WOWZA! What a ride 2016 has been for this little shenANNAgator… Had someone of told me 6 months ago where I would be this very day, there is no way in a million years I would have said I’d be sitting in a beautiful little cafe on the main street of Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays, a small coastal town I now call home, reviewing, contemplating, meditating and honoring the year that was, and friends… it was a tasty one!

There’s nothing like some good old-fashioned food porn, right?! Trust me when I say I was a lot hungrier after compiling this list than when I started. So consider yourself warned (as in don’t view on an empty stomach)… So without further ado, I bring to you a round up of (in no particular order) my 16 most fabulous, most favourite InstaFoodie accomplishments of 2016.

And one of the world’s cutest fur baby, Little Chef the dog… Just because!!!

So tell me dear reader, what were some of the most amazing meals you ate in 2016? Do you have an special foods you plan to cook or eat in 2017?

Awwww! It certainly looked like you are very good food in 2016, Miss Anna! Such diverse dishes, from light nibbles to full on hearty meals. I really like the toasty – simple, but it almost always never lets you down 😀

I am not a huge foodie but this year I really liked eating home cooked food. I learnt how to stir fry pasta with a lot of goodies like mushrooms and a heap of veggies that all taste well together. Next year I plan on experimenting with my pasta more and maybe start making my own burgers, making my patties from scratch 🙂

Happy 2017 to you, Miss Anna. I hope it will be a great one for you. Your story to paradise has been very inspiring, at least to me – thanks for showing us how happiness is all done. Big hugs to you x
